Comments:  Elaborate palace scene with tribute in the form of a cloth bundle with feathers. The throne is in the open jaws of the serpent of Xibalba. The offering vessel contains the decapitated head of the Maize God. Compare this vessel with the one on vase 1004 which is being carried by Xbalanque.  CLICK HERE for details of the inscriptions.
